I am delighted to introduce our ESMO European Lung Cancer Congress 2022 Conference Report.
This was again a virtual event – but as you probably know, for once (within the last years), not due to COVID. While getting done with the virus (at least for the moment) is certainly a relief, the ongoing war within Europe is bringing new somber clouds over us. The ELCC was scheduled in Prague, which faced logistic strains due to the mass of refugees streaming in from neighboring Ukraine.
While these times are certainly historic, this year’s ELCC might be a little less so. Still, you will find lots of intriguing and interesting findings consolidating current personalised medicine approaches to patients with lung cancer.
I hope you will enjoy the read.
Yours sincerely,
Stefan Rauh
